After worrying for days whether my flight would be cancelled because of a snowstorm on the east coast, I managed to get to London fine with very little delay. The flight wasn't too bad - I slept a little; read my book The Lucky One by Nicholas Sparks a little; and watched some tv. It's great to finally be here but it still doesn't feel like I'm really here. I walked around the neighborhood of Kensington and saw the Natural History Museum and Albert and Victoria Museum plus Royal Albert Hall, Imperial College and the shops, restaurants and tube stations in the area. My flat that I share with my roommate Katie is small but we have our own bathroom and mini fridge. Looks like I'm back to my olden days of being on the top bunk of the bunk bed which I don't mind at all. Hopefully I'll be more awake and less jetlagged soon and then I can start exploring London! Tomorrow we're taking a boat trip on the Thames....I can't wait! Check back once in a while for updates on what I'm doing here in London and hopefully I'll be able to put pictures up.

Yay, you're blogging about London!!
I wish I could have blogged about Sydney, but we were so busy everyday that I barely had time. Good luck keeping up with this! =P
You have to share a bunk bed?! Wowww... we had a loft-style apartment in Sydney which was really nice because it was two stories and we each had our own space. At least you know your roommate already though!
You seemed to have done a LOT since arriving! Or at least a lot of walking. :) How is the weather? Super cold/rainy?
I'm still incredibly jealous. Disney isn't really what I thought. On Sunday I'm going to work from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. And my roommate won't stop complaining and arguing on the phone ALL NIGHT LONG. It's as if I'm not even in the room. She'll turn the lights on, blast on the TV, make AIM and Spider Solitaire noises, and fight with her boyfriend. I've already told her I am a light sleeper but she won't listen. And she has a 1.8 GPA and is on probation from her school. FABULOUS.
Okay well enough about me... I'm glad you made it safe!!! Hope you had fun on the boat trip!!!
